When you have the MyAutoConnect roadside assistance package you have access to a national team of over 1,000 contractors that are there to get you moving.
If the location you are registered with is within towing distance the tow truck operator will tow you back to your base site. If due to distance this is not possible you will be towed to a repairer of your choice or one suggested by the tow truck driver.
You are covered for 20 kilometres of free towing, if the towing distance exceeds 20 kilometres you are charged the excess on a kilometre travelled basis.
